I was there last month and he did make an appearance. I didn't see him for very long because he skipped past me around the Tea Cups ride. He was really cute skipping around saying hello to everyone.

I cannot. I haven’t been to Disneyland in a couple years and Peter Pan did not make an appearance.
Although I DID see Tinker Bell and Dumbo from the top of the castle. How fun!
